Dr. Bosse is an Assistant Professor in Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania (Penn) and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). He grew up in Maine and received a A.B. in Biochemistry from Bowdoin College. After spending a few years at Pfizer as a medicinal chemist, he came to Penn in 2005 where he earned his M.D. He then did a Pediatrics Residency and a Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Fellowship at CHOP and joined Penn’s faculty in 2019. Dr. Bosse runs a translational pediatric oncology laboratory focused on developing and optimizing new immunotherapeutic strategies for pediatric solid tumors.
Research Interests
Dr. Bosse’s research interests include pediatric solid tumor biology, genetics, and genomics and developing new immunotherapies for children with cancer, including ADCs and CAR T cells.
