Interested in becoming a member of the CFAR Community Advisory Board?

Who is the CAB?

The Penn Center for AIDS Research (CFAR) -Community Advisory Board (CAB) is made up of community members, leaders, and representatives from organizations who have knowledge in a number of different areas.

How often do we meet?

The CAB meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 12:00—2:00 PM. You will be asked to join one sub-committee and attend CAB events.

What is the process to join?

  • Attend 3 board meetings in a 3 month period.
  • Select and join a sub-committee during the same 3 months.
  • Complete an application.
  • Go through an interview and nomination process.
