The Airport Line Regional Rail train provides service from the Philadelphia International Airport every 30 minutes from about 5:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.
It is the most affordable option ($6.75 one way) and most reliable as far as travel time (~25 minutes) given traffic congestion in Philadelphia.
You will need to purchase a SEPTA Quick Trip Fare for travel on the Airport Line using your credit or debit card. Buy a one-way fare at the fare kiosk located at each train terminal platform.
Take this train four stops to Jefferson Station. This is a large underground station on Market Street that runs from 10th to 12th Streets. Exit the station on Market St and the 12th Street exit. The Loews Hotel is across the street at 1200 Market Street (between 12th and 13th Streets, closer to 12th Street; map).
There is a $28.50 flat-rate charge (one-way fare, airport access fee already included) to travel to Center City Philadelphia. An additional $1.00 per passenger ($3.00 maximum) after the first passenger will be charged on flat rate trips between the Airport and Center City for passengers over age 12.
