The Social Learning Disorder Program will be inactive for the indefinite future.

"I often feel that I don’t fit in socially."

"I have trouble making and keeping close friends."

"I often misinterpret social situations and misunderstand the behavior of others."

"People sometimes consider me odd or eccentric."

"I am extremely uncomfortable in social settings and try to avoid them."

Do these problems sound familiar for you or someone you know?

Many of us find the social world confusing from time to time. People often do not "say what they mean" or "mean what they say". For people with social learning disorders (SLD), these interactions are particularly stressful.

If you are experiencing these difficulties, the services offered at Penn's Social Learning Disorders Program may help.
