The CDB Microscopy Core is a full-service facility serving the entire University of Pennsylvania community. Our aim is to provide personalized assistance on all aspects of imaging, from tips on sample preparation to training on one of our microscopes to processing and analysis of image data. Our facility currently houses six light microscopes, a scanning electron microscope, and several computers dedicated to image processing and analysis. See the "Equipment" section below for details.
