Penn Gene Targeting Service
News Update: A Roche/454 GS FLX sequencer has been installed at the DNA Sequencing Facility, School of Medicine recently. More
NOTE: DNA Sequencing costs only $6.00 per sample for investigators at the School of Medicine, the Cancer Center, and the Genomics Institute. The turnaround is about 24 hrs. High throughput DNA Sequencing is done at 50% cost. We also offer bisulphite sequencing and LOH (loss of heterozygosity) analysis.
Our latest offer is extraction of DNA from mammalian cells including ES cells, and bacterial plasmids grown in 96-well plates.
