Medication Management

Brief Case Management and Resource Connection

The Cohen Clinic provides short- and medium- term (typically 3-4 month) outpatient behavioral health care and we are not intended to be long-term care providers. While we do not provide long-term treatment, we assist clients in connecting with longer term care as needed. Our case managers offer connections to additional support for assistance with issues like unemployment, benefits, housing, finances, and education.
