CT Service Center Application
Transition to eIRB
- The CT Center has transitioned to an eIRB application system as of September 21, 2026. As you complete your main IRB and Radiation Safety applications, you will be given questions which determine if a CT Center application is required. If so, you will receive a notification to complete one.
- The previous Redcap application has been discontinued. Completed applications submitted before September 16, 2026 will still be reviewed. Incomplete applications will need to be resubmitted in the new eIRB system.

- Note: Not all CT studies require a CT Center application. This link leads directly to the CT Center application, but users should typically begin with their IRB and then Radiation Safety applications. Those will tell you if you need CT Center approval before then directing you to our application.
