Q: How do I start the process of getting my CHOP ID?
A: The Program Coordinator will enter your information into the NE profile system, which is used to enroll all CHOP employees and students. After your information is submitted, you’ll receive a registration email at the email address you provided. Follow the instructions in this email to begin the process of obtaining your CHOP ID. Additionally, you will receive a separate email from the Program Coordinator requesting a photo for your ID and providing further details on what to expect.
Q: What should I do if I don’t receive the registration email?
A: First, check your spam or junk folder. If you haven’t received the registration email within 24 hours, please contact the Program Coordinator. They can resend your registration email.
Q: How long does it take to get my CHOP ID?
A: After completing your registration, you will receive a CHOP claim identification email. Follow the instructions in this email to complete the next step in the process. It can take up to 2 weeks for your CHOP ID to be fully processed and for you to appear in the system.
Q: Where do I pick up my CHOP ID badge?
A: Once you are fully registered in the system, you will receive an email from the Program Coordinator with instructions on where to pick up your ID badge. The location for badge pickup is open 24 hours.
