DART VDI Migration - 3/25
Attention DART VDI users,
DART VDI will be migrated to new hardware from 3/25 at 8pm to 3/28 at 8am. During this time VDI will be unavailable.
What do I need to do before the migration?
- Save and close any open documents to avoid losing data.
- Log off of VDI.
Note: Data saved outside of the Documents folder or shared drives is wiped when you log off
What do I need to do after the migration?
- Log into VDI as you did before the migration.
- Verify that the VDI is functioning as expected.
Note: If you access VDI via the Horizon client it is recommended that you download and install the latest version.
