macOS Catalina zero-day patch - beginning 9/29/2021
macOS Catalina Critical Patch
DART has identified that you use a supported Mac computer that is running macOS Catalina. macOS Catalina will receive a security update for the recently discovered zero-day exploit in iMessage named FORCEDENTRY (CVE-2021-30860). This exploit can be used to gain access to your computer remotely and install spyware.
The security patch will be released according to the schedule below. Note: you only need to make your computer available for the patch on one of the days below.

Please leave your computer on and plugged in overnight to accept the patch. Remember to save all your work as your computer will restart when patching is finished. It is possible that your computer will patch during more than one of these nights if left on.
