PennFlex Application Required Update
On 4/22/2022, PennFlex will require all app users to be upgraded to the latest version of Mobile Connect. After 4/22 you will not be able to use Mobile Connect apps older than the minimum version below. If you have not updated your app to the latest version you may have already seen the message "Client Certificate about to expire in XX day(s)" when opening the app. Users that only have a handset and don’t use the Mobile Connect app can disregard this email.
How to find the version of Vonage Mobile Connect on my device?
Windows
- Open Mobile Connect
- Click on File > About Mobile Connect
Mac
- Open Mobile Connect
- Click the Mobile Connect menu on the top bar
- Click About Mobile Connect
Android/iOS
- Open the Vonage Enterprise app
- Click on the menu (three lines) in the top left-hand corner
- Click About
