ISC will perform scheduled Data Center infrastructure maintenance from Saturday, August 2, through Sunday, August 3. During this maintenance window, many ISC services and systems will be offline and unavailable for a significant duration.

Notes for the services listed below:

Penn Email Routing: Updates to email aliases will not propagate to Proofpoint.

PennNet: The Data Center, including the Firewall, UPenn VPN (GlobalProtect), and F5 router, will be down. The FM space network and the rest of the campus will remain operational.

Wireless at Penn: New AirPennNet-Guest and AirPennNet-Device registrations will be unavailable. AirPennNet and eduroam will be operational, as will AirPennNet-Guest and AirPennNet-Device for devices registered before the outage window.

Web Services: Pantheon Web Hosting will remain operational. Web services between cloud solutions may remain up; those dependent on data from PCOM/Oracle will be down.
