On Monday, July 15th at 10 AM the minimum version of Ivanti Secure Access Client needed to connect to the PMACS VPN will become 22.7.2 

If you have already updated to the new version, no action is needed. If you are still using a previous version of Ivanti, please follow the below steps to update to the new client before July 15th. 

How to Update

If you have not already updated, you will be prompted to update the next time you connect to the PMACS VPN using Ivanti. Please follow these prompts and allow the update to run, this will take a few minutes to complete. On MacOS, you may be prompted to enable the new client to run in the background in System Settings. 

Manual Install Method

If you are not prompted to update or do not have Ivanti already installed, the new version is available for manual download and installation here: https://remote.pmacs.upenn.edu/  Log in with your PMACS credentials, you will be asked to select your OS, then brought to a Box site where you can download the installer. Run the downloaded installer to complete the update process. On MacOS, while installing you may be prompted to enable the new client to run in the background in System Settings.
