Description of Research Expertise

Repetitive motion injuries. Unusual crystal arthropathies.

Description of Clinical Expertise

Autoimmune diseases including rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus, Sjogren's, scleroderma, polymyositis, ankylosing spondylitis, arthritis of inflammatory bowel disease; metabolic arthritis including gout and pseudogout; osteoarthritis, tendinitis, muscle injuries, bursitis, compression neuropathies including thoracic outlet syndrome and carpal tunnel syndrome; vasculopathies including granulomatous and giant cell arteritis, polymyagia rheumatica, and Raynaud's; inflammatory conditions including Sweets syndrome, infectious arthritis including Lyme disease, regional pain syndromes, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis.
