The Center for Global Health (CGH) at The University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania, invites applications for the position of Director of The Botswana-UPenn Partnership (BUP). BUP’s overarching mission is to address inequities in health care in sub-Saharan Africa with the focused goal of improving the health of the residents of Botswana through partnerships in education, research and clinical care.  The Director will lead and develop BUP in all aspects including strategic planning, operations, fiscal management and reporting, staff and faculty oversight and development. The Director will foster mutually beneficial bi-directional partnerships with local and international entities, develop extramural funding streams, and integrate these roles with the University of Pennsylvania (Penn) and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) through the Center for Global Health.
