Bicycles
General Rules
- Cycling is prohibited on University walks on weekdays between 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
- Bicycles are restricted from HUP, PCAM, and SCTR.
- Riders are discouraged from bringing their bicycles inside University facilities. Philadelphia fire code requires clear building exits and exit passageways; therefore, bikes may not be parked in building corridors or stairways.
- Bicycles should not be locked to or parked against handrails, fences, trees, trip rails or in any manner that obscures free entry to or exit from buildings, stairs or pathways.

U-Lock Your Bike
