Parking
If you are driving to campus on Thursday or Friday, please park at the Penn Medicine 3600 Civic Center Boulevard garage. The daily rate is $20.
Event Locations
Event registration on Thursday and Friday and most events on Friday will be held in the Biomedical Research Building (BRB) at 421 Curie Boulevard. Please note that there is construction happening behind BRB. If you are coming from the 3600 Civic Center Blvd parking garage, cross Civic Center Blvd at West Service Drive and proceed down West Service Drive until you reach the fenced construction area. Follow the signs posted along the fence toward BRB and Curie Boulevard. You can also enter the building on the other side from Curie Boulevard.
The final two talks on Friday afternoon will be held in the Smilow Center for Translational Research (Rubenstein Auditorium) at 3400 Civic Center Blvd. For easiest access, use the entrance on East Service Drive and take the escalator or elevator up to the 1st Floor, then make a right and go past the elevator bank to access the Rubenstein Auditorium. Alternatively, from the ground floor entrance of the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine (PCAM), take either the elevator or the escalator to the 1st floor, then turn right toward the West Pavilion and continue down the corridor until you reach a security desk on your left. The auditorium will also be on your left.
The closing reception on Friday will be held in the Jordan Medical Education Center (JMEC), located on the 5th Floor of the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine (PCAM) South Pavilion at 3400 Civic Center Blvd. If you attend the afternoon talks in Smilow, you can take the elevators outside of Rubenstein Auditorium to the 5th Floor. After exiting the elevator area, make a right. Continue down the corridor until you reach a dead end and make a left to access the Atrium. From the ground floor entrance of PCAM, take either the elevator or the escalator to the 1st floor, then walk straight ahead past the information desk. Continue walking down the South Pavilion corridor and follow the signs overhead toward the B elevators. Take the B elevators to the 5th floor and you will arrive at the Jordan Center.
Please note that security screening measures are in place at the entrances to Smilow and the Perelman Center. You may be asked to show ID and/or have your bag checked. You can learn more about the security and safety measures here.
