We are located in the Andrew Mutch building, first floor, CHPS unit. The cross streets are 38th Street and Medical Drive and there’s a parking garage off of the entrance. Please ring the bell to the right of the big silver door. Please contact us at 215-662-9026 if you have any questions.
Please note our unit is not located within the hospital building; therefore, the rapid response team cannot be deployed to our area. For more information regarding our emergency management procedures, please contact the CHPS nurse manager. Our staff are certified in basic life support, and we have an AED on-site.
