• 12 outpatient treatment bays
• 1 exam chair
• Consent/consult room
• Laboratory for processing research specimens; the CHPS lab does not provide analysis of specimens
• Phlebotomy station
• Scattersite nursing services throughout hospital units including the ICUs, ED and operating rooms (requires Nurse Manager approval)

*Admissions must be requested 3 weeks in advance and are subject to bed and staff availability.*

We are located in the Andrew Mutch building (“H” on the PPMC Campus Map), first floor, CHPS unit.  The cross streets are 38^th Street and Medical Drive and there’s a parking garage off of the entrance (“E” on the PPMC Campus Map).   Please ring the bell to the right of the big silver door.  Please contact us at 215-662-9026 if you have any questions.
