Faculty Salary Increase Process
The Office of Decision & Support Analysis manages the annual faculty salary increase process through its application, available to authorized users via My.Med https://www.med.upenn.edu/apps/my/ . We review and analyze the departments' salary recommendations for faculty and facilitate the requests through the School and University approval processes.
