Crowdstrike issue on Windows OS - Update 1 PM
PMACS is continuously working to remediate the issue caused by the CrowdStrike update this morning. LSPs are onsite and engaged with resolving issues, we are handing reported issues based on priority at this time. If your device is affected, please submit tickets to the CSG queue https://helpdesk.pmacs.upenn.edu/ and our technicians will be reaching out to assist when available.
PMACS hosted fileshares have largely been restored at this point in time. If you were experiencing fileshare issues previously, please retry your access and report any lingering issues via PMACS ticket.
