PMACS continues to work to restore every computer disabled by Friday’s Crowdstrike issue. As of 11:40 this morning, we estimate that we had just over 900 computers to recover. Technicians continue to staff our BRB lobby walk-up service as well as to walk through our buildings.

We plan to continue our BRB Lobby walk-up service tomorrow morning from 8 am – 4 pm.

We will also continue to walk through our buildings this afternoon and tomorrow to help resolve issues with computers in each lab and office. Note that we do not have access to locked spaces. Please make every effort to make your space accessible to our staff as they attempt to fix this error.
