Crowdstrike Remediation - Tuesday Update
Since Friday, PMACS has worked across PSOM to respond to the Crowdstrike issue. As of noon today, we estimate that at most just over 400 computers remain affected by the outage.
Walk-up activity since yesterday afternoon has remained slow at the BRB Lobby. As a result, we will discontinue walk-up service at 2 pm today. We will not offer walk-up service tomorrow.
Staff have completed multiple walkthroughs of PSOM buildings yesterday and this morning, working with numerous labs and offices to resolve the Crowdstrike issue.
