For users who need urgent help getting a PMACS laptop back online after Friday's events, on Monday PMACS will set up a walk-up depot where users can bring a device to apply a fix to the Crowdstrike issue. Remote users with impacted laptops are encouraged to bring their laptop onsite as this will be the fastest way to apply the fix to their device.

Any users who cannot bring their affected laptop onsite will need to submit a ticket and an LSP will respond when there is availability.

Location: Biomedical Research Building II (BRB) Lobby. 421 Curie Boulevard 

Time: Monday, July 22  8 AM to 4 PM

Users will be assisted on a first come, first serve basis. We will not be able to assist with non-PMACS devices such as UPHS or CHOP managed PCs.
