Radiology Research Teaching Award Nomination

Dear All,

Nominations are now CLOSED for the Annual Department of Radiology Excellence in Research Teaching Award.

This award is given in recognition of outstanding achievement in teaching graduate, medical, or undergraduate students. Nominations are encouraged on behalf of faculty who have demonstrated excellence in didactic teaching, basic and/or clinical research teaching and/or other activities that contribute to the intellectual growth of trainees through research in imaging and image-guided therapies.

All members of the Penn Radiology community are encouraged to submit nominations for faculty members within the Penn community at large. Nominations are due by January 24th and should include the name and a 1-2 paragraph description of the nominee’s teaching and/or teaching accomplishments. Student course evaluations are not required, but supporting documentation is encouraged.

The recipient will be presented with the award and prize at the annual Radiology Research Retreat February 21st, to be held at the Commonwealth Chateau at Sugarloaf, Chestnut Hill, PA.
