  1. We are actively recruiting for studies. We appreciate your support of our research. Please reach out to us at ryskina@pennmedicine.upenn.edu if you are interested in participating in a 10-minute survey about patient co-management in nursing homes and if you meet the following criteria:
    • You are a nursing home/skilled nursing facility clinician (Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician's Assistant)
    • Are English speaking
    • See patients in a nursing home/skilled nursing facility in the U.S.
