Vaccine and Tfh Responses
Overview
T follicular helper (Tfh) CD4 T cells provide critical help to lymph node B cells, leading to affinity-matured, class-switched antibody production. We use deep phenotyping approaches to understand the biology of human Tfh in vaccination and chronic infection, with a particular focus on the use of peripheral blood to measure ongoing Tfh responses in lymph nodes.
