Physician Scientist

Physician Scientist Career Development Pathway, led by Dr. Jordy Cohen since 2015, focuses on helping trainees and junior faculty navigate academic advancement, develop skills to lead an independent research group, and contribute effectively as collaborators in team science. The program involves monthly meetings that address (1) grant preparation, (2) presentation and communication skills, (3) leadership and mentorship skills, and (4) academic advancement.
