Family Care Support

Since this is a professional conference, children will not be given admission to the event. To encourage individuals with family care responsibilities to attend, we will inform in the public conference announcements the availability of local family care close to the UPENN conference venue and provide more specific information on the conference website and at the request of participants. All family care information will be available online by Feb. 1^st, 2024.

The Penn Children's Center provides temporary care for children of visiting faculty, lecturers, conference and seminar attendees, international guests, and University staff and students, as space permits.

Alternatively, participants will be recommended to consult the hotel Concierge, who may have a list of bonded babysitters and can assist with family care arrangements.

Participants will also be given websites information where they can find temporary babysitting services. Here is a list of several websites that one-time or temporary babysitters can be found.
