We have negotiated group rates for two limited blocks of rooms at The Sheraton University City and The Study University City between the dates of 7/16/2024 and 7/20/2024. Please note we ask attendees to register for the symposium before booking accommodations. Booking information can be found below.

Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Monday, June 17, 2024 unless our block fills sooner. After that time, reservations will be made at the hotel's discretion.

Hotel Deposit & Cancellation Policy: All reservations must be guaranteed by a first-night room deposit with a major credit card. Reservations must be canceled  48 hours before the arrival date to avoid a one-night room and tax cancellation penalty.

Self Parking: $35/day

Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Sunday, June 16, 2024 unless our block fills sooner. All reservations received after the group cut-off date will be at the hotel’s prevailing room rates and are subject to availability.

Hotel Deposit & Cancellation Policy: All reservations must be guaranteed by a first-night room deposit with a major credit card. Reservations must be canceled 24 hours before the arrival date to avoid a one-night room and tax cancellation penalty. 

Valet Parking: $43.00 per overnight plus 22.5% tax with in and out privileges. The parking fee is subject to change.
