GTMS Virtual Open House 2023

GTMS held a virtual open house for prospective students on Wednesday, March 8 at 5pm. The recording of the session can be found here.

Applicants should apply to the GTMS program at the time they apply to BGS. When submitting your application, please add a paragraph (~200 words) to your personal statement reflecting your interest in GTMS in addition to the doctoral discipline, and briefly describing how participation in the GTMS Program fits your educational and career goals. Previous undergraduate and/or post-baccalaureate research experience is strongly recommended. Accepted students to the PhD program will be provided with full financial support in the form of a stipend, fees, tuition and health insurance.

Interested individuals are encouraged to apply via the BGS website.

Current students in their first year of training may be considered for the program if they demonstrate strong motivation and ability. Interested students should submit a paragraph describing their interest in this training program to the GTMS Coordinator by September 2nd to be considered for entry into the program. Students may also apply during the summer after their first year.
