Three From Penn Elected to The American Philosophical Society

Dawn Bonnell of the School of Engineering and Applied Science along with Katalin Karikó and Drew Weissman of the Perelman School of Medicine have been elected to the American Philosophical Society. Founded by Benjamin Franklin in 1743 for “promoting useful knowledge,” APS is the oldest learned society in the U.S., providing a forum for the free exchange of ideas.
