This webpage provides a range of resources for both faculty mentors and student mentees at PSOM to better support the mentorship experience.

Near-Peer Mentoring - near-peer mentoring is a learning opportunity where a student is paired with a mentor who is slightly ahead of them in their education or career. Near-peers are typically one or two years older than their mentees and can offer a variety of benefits for both mentor and mentee
