Costs

Services are provided on a fee-for-service basis or % effort for federal awards. Study coordinator, project manager & other DOM CTU staff per hour rate is similar to temp agencies. Proposal options for entire project are negotiable.
Rate depends on staff salary, project complexity, scope of work, and degree of supervisor oversight.
If you have a project that is not funded to support the CTU price please contact the CTU Director for discussion. If we have capacity we can probably work with you on the cost to help Penn research be successful!
