Training & Competency Testing Program
Since July 2019, we have accepted applications for our Training and Competency Testing Program Pilot! We have developed a novel program that addresses and tests competence in the day-to-day skills needed by research coordinators to be successful in their role. Our program is complimentary to other trainings at Penn and is not meant to duplicate existing structures. If you are interested in going through the training program please submit a cover letter and resume to the CTU Director. Cover letter should speak to your background and experience, as well as your future goals.
Those who participate in the program will be asked to ‘pay it forward’ by contributing to the program, conducting an education training, or developing a CTU resource.
