Dr. Lambert’s post baccalaureate education include: 1993 – 1997 Health Professions Scholarship Program with the US Navy Reserves while also attending medical school at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He received his MD in 1997. After medical school he completed an internship at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego in 1998. In 1999 he completed US Navy Flight Medicine training at the Naval Aerospace Medicine Institute in Pensacola. From 1999-2001 he served as a Flight Surgeon at Jacksonville Naval Air Station. 2004 – 2007 he was an Emergency Medicine Resident at Cooper University Hospital. 2007-2008 he was a Hyperbaric Fellow at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Hardy received his B.S. in Natural Sciences and Mathematics in 1980 from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA and his M.D. from Thomas Jefferson University Medical College in 1984. From 1984-1985 he was a Transitional Intern at The Medical Center of Delaware. After serving in the United States Air Force as a flight surgeon, he completed his emergency medicine residency at the Medical Center of Delaware in 1993 and a clinical fellowship in hyperbaric medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in 1994 and has been a member of the faculty at the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine for over 20 years. Dr. Hardy has previously served as Chair for the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) Section of Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine, and on the Board of Directors of the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society (UHMS). Dr. Hardy has been a member of UHMS since 1993. Dr. Hardy provides 40% of the clinical coverage for Penn’s Hyperbaric Treatment Center, which is the only multi-place chamber in the Delaware Valley and the sole 24/7 emergency treatment center for emergent critically ill patients with carbon monoxide poisoning, acute necrotizing infections, decompression sickness, and acute gas embolism. This results in a regional referral base encompassing significant portions of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland.

Dr. Binkley received his baccalaureate from Franklin & Marshall College in 2003 and his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson Medical College in 2008. He completed an internal medicine internship at Lankenau Hospital in 2009 and residency at York Hospital in 2012. He extended his post-graduate training to include a fellowship in Hyperbaric and Undersea Medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, which he completed in 2017. Dr. Binkley is board certified in Emergency Medicine and serves as a Diving Medical Examiner. Dr. Binkley joined the faculty of the Department of Emergency Medicine in 2017 and practices clinically at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center Emergency Department and is the Medical Director of Penn Medicine University City's Wound Care Center.

Dr. Gaskill received his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2015 and completed his residency at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2018. He had post-graduate training in Hyperbaric and Undersea Medicine fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, which he completed in 2019 and immediately joined the physician staff at Penn Medicine Department of Emergency and Hyperbaric Medicine.

Dr. Rogers completed her undergraduate studies at Cornell University and received her medical degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in 2019. She then completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, during which she was in the Healthcare Leadership in Quality Track. She completed her fellowship in Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and joined the physician staff at Penn Medicine Department of Emergency and Hyperbaric Medicine.
