Long-term Safety and Efficacy of Avacopan in Participants With ANCA-associated Vasculitis

This study is being done to learn more about long-term safety of the FDA approved drug avacopan (also called Tavneos) and how well it works to treat severe and active AAV (GPA or MPA). Participants will have 28 study visits at the Perelman Center.
