Now Available – Windows 11 Self Service Upgrades
With Microsoft announcing the end of support for Windows 10, PMACS is beginning a long-term project to upgrade Windows 10 devices to Windows 11.
We are pleased to announce a self-service option to conveniently upgrade to Windows 11 at a time of your choice.
What to Expect
The upgrade process is designed to be simple and non-disruptive. On average, this will take 1 to 2 hours for most. You can also choose to begin the process at the end of the day, and it will run overnight.

Device Eligibility
Most Windows 10 devices are expected to meet the upgrade requirements. However, if your device is not compatible with Windows 11, you will be notified during the upgrade process. In this case we recommend replacement.
If a replacement is needed, we encourage you to use the PMACS purchasing program to order a current-model Dell laptop or desktop. Alternatively, a PMACS LSP can provide a custom quote if needed.
What’s Next
We’ll continue rolling out Windows 11 across our environment. If your device is ready to upgrade, you may receive additional reminders or outreach in the future.
In the meantime, we encourage everyone to take advantage of this self-service option and help us move toward a more secure and modern computing experience.
If you have questions or run into issues during the upgrade, please submit a helpdesk ticket.
