Penn Flex - Problems Logging into Mobile Connect

If you are experiencing problems with logging into the Mobile Connect App, please see below common issues and suggested solutions.

When logging to MobileClient and get this error: "You’ve entered an incorrect username or password.” This means that you didn't use SSO and you're trying to login with a username/password instead.

Solution: Try this edit on the soft client:

1) Click the gear on the bottom-right
2) Choose "Edit Login Info"
3) Enter and save

You should be redirected to the SSO page when hitting the login.

If you are trying to log onto MobileClient, and you the Cluster field, click on that field and select Production. Click Continue to be redirected to WebLogin single sign-on (SSO).
