Events in Aging and Aging Research
Each academic year, the IOA hosts the Visiting Scholars Series, the Vincent J. Cristofalo PhD Annual Lectureship, and the Sylvan M. Cohen Annual Retreat with Poster Session on Aging. In addition, the IOA partners with other Penn Medicine departments and divisions to host special symposia on topics in aging and aging-related diseases. The IOA also hosts the Joseph A. Pignolo, Sr. Award in Aging Research.
