Multiplex Genetic Initiative (MGI2)
The study is designed to obtain data for testing hypotheses on genetic liability to schizophrenia. Specifically we will examine relations among neurobehavioral, neuroimaging, and the clinical phenotype of SCZ, relate the heritability of neuroimaging phenotypes to symptom and neurobehavioral measures, and establish genetic mechanisms producing the neurobehavioral and neuroimaging phenotypes. The study will include a standard diagnostic interview (~1.5 hours), a blood draw, a computerized cognitive task battery (~ 1 hour), and a neuroimaging (MRI) session (~1 hour). Participants will be compensated a total of $130 for their participation in the study.
