Announcing the Penn Medicine and the University of Pennsylvania's Division of Recreation and Intercollegiate Athletics Partnership
Penn Medicine and the University of Pennsylvania’s Division of Recreation and Intercollegiate Athletics have partnered to provide health system employees and staff the opportunity to attend sports events for free as part of our employee engagement initiative. This partnership also provides discounts to various recreation memberships on campus.
Penn Medicine has made available free tickets for Penn Men’s Basketball, Penn Women’s Basketball and Penn Wrestling at the historic Palestra for the remainder of the 2023 season for all Penn Medicine employees. This includes six men’s basketball games, two women’s basketball games, and four wrestling matches.
To view the competition schedules and reserve your tickets, please visit the ticket link pages below specifically created for Penn Medicine employees:

Penn Medicine employees can easily select the game or games they wish to attend and select their own available seats through the interactive Penn Ticket Office website. Those wishing to reserve tickets will need to create a Penn Athletics Ticketing account if they do not already have one. Penn Athletics uses a mobile first ticketing system, which will send your reserved tickets through text and/or email which can then be downloaded to your smartphone. Ticket holders can also transfer their tickets to someone else through email or text if they choose. (Penn Athletic Mobile Ticket Transfer Guide instructions included).
If you have never been to the historic Palestra, you won’t want to miss a chance to bring your family and friends to “The Cathedral” this winter!
