The Committee works with leaders within the Clinical Practices of the University of Pennsylvania (CPUP) to define and encourage uptake of the elements of an anti-racist culture and implementation of specific anti-racist practices

Personal Accountability / Growth
The Committee will define the steps in one's personal journey to becoming more aware of bias, promoting greater empathy, and understanding one’s own role in creating an anti-racist culture and workplace.
- This area will overlap with educational opportunities and will be laser focused on individual growth and commitment
- We will collect personal pledges from across the community
