Data Management
We have a robust data management system, including a secure shared drive behind the University of Pennsylvania Health System firewall, which can be securely accessed both on-site and through VPN (data is transmitted across the VPN using either a virtual tunneling protocol or traffic encryption). The secure server has redundant backups, occurring on a rolling basis, throughout the University campus that protects the team against data loss from computer malfunction or accidents. Physical Copies of site and study specific data are organized into a cataloged system to ensure that data is always readily available.
