Genevieve P. Kanter, PhD
Our aim is to conduct rigorous research to guide policy in
the areas of:
► conflicts of interest in medicine and empirical biomedical ethics
► pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and biotechnology
► optimal provision of health services, focusing on incentives facing physicians (i.e. problems related to physician agency)
► are guided by economic and sociological theory
► apply quantitative (statistical/econometric) methods
► use large datasets
Collaborations with researchers from other disciplines are welcomed.
