Brain Network Modeling and Applications

Brain network analysis with intrinsic functional connectivity magnetic resonance imaging has advanced our understanding of human brain functional organization. The rapid development of functional connectivity analytic techniques enables us to investigate both typical brain development and neuropsychiatric disorders. To characterize subject-specific brain networks, we have developed a suite of advanced functional brain network analytic tools, including discriminant analysis of functional connectivity patterns, group information guided independent component analysis, functional brain parcellation, and non-negative large-scale sparse functional network analysis.
