Center For Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics (CCEB) Summer Research Fellowship at Penn
In 2004, the Center for Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics (CCEB) initiated a research fellowship for medical students interested in working on a clinical research project during the summer between their first and second years of medical school. This fellowship is designed to support medical students to work on campus under the sponsorship of a Penn faculty mentor who is affiliated with the CCEB (includes Senior Scholars and Associate Scholars only). There are approximately 70 faculty in this group many of whom are also associated with a primary clinical department covering almost all the departments and divisions in the Perelman School of Medicine. Dual mentorship is also possible but at least one mentor must be affiliated with the CCEB. If you are interested in finding a potential faculty member to work with you can find a description of many of our faculty on the CCEB website. For more information, check out the fellowship announcement and CCEB website. Complete applications should be submitted to Dr. Joshua F. Baker and Michelle McCarthy at the Center for Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics.
Penn Reviewed. Only Penn Med students are eligible to apply.
Application Deadline: Early February
