BRB 252 comfortably seats up to 75 people and features a ceiling mounted LCD projector with screen, overhead speakers, a podium equipped with an internet connected PC, a gooseneck microphone, and a VGA laptop connection. There is a wall plate along with a touch screen that control nearly every aspect of the room's technology, making this one of the most user friendly rooms on campus. Lights and window shades are also user adjustable from the wall controls so the projection screen can be clearly seen any time of day.

Along with Rooms 251 and 253, this room shares a videoconferencing unit and a Mediasite recorder. These shared units are booked on a first-come-first-served basis for these rooms as only one of the three rooms can use each unit at a time.
