How Do I Request A/V Services For An Event?
A/V services must be requested through the SPO*TS web-site. This includes services for classroom events as well as special events like videotapings and post-production services. You will receive a confirmation once your request has been approved. When necessary you will receive a call from MT&P to work out any special needs and details prior to approval of the request.

Keep in mind that different rooms have different audio/visual capabilities. It is best to first confirm with our scheduling department that the space is appropriate for the type of services you will need before filling out an A/V request form. Our scheduling office can be reached at 215-573-5555. You can also check the R25 web viewer to see if a room is already booked on the date & time of your event.
