The smaller of two conference rooms behind the first floor auditorium, room 103 seats 20 people and is equipped to make any class or meeting a pleasure to host. The room has an LCD projector and a large projection screen. A built-in camera and hard-wired tabletop microphones make videoconferencing and Mediasite available any time. There is a Windows PC installed in the room in addition to the laptop connection on the table and the touch screen on the wall allows users to control everything from what gets projected to the screen all the way to controlling the lights and shades in the room.

*Recording, Mediasite, and Videoconferencing i this space require the use of shared resources. These shared units are booked on a first-come-first-served basis for these rooms as only one of the rooms can use each unit at a time.

**The wireless keyboard and mouse are stowed and require the assistance of an MTP technician to access them.
